Assumption grad earns distinction
Mary (Tork) Roth has been appointed distinguished engineer, information platform and solutions at IBM Software in San Jose, Calif. She is an architect in the information platform solutions development team, with a primary focus to design and deliver innovative and customer-driven approaches to enable collaboration, integration and automation of the information agenda platform. She was the chief architect of FastTrack, a product that accelerates collaborative development of information intensive applications.
She has more than 15 years experience in data integration. She has a broad patent portfolio, has been published in leading academic journals and conferences and taught and lectured at leading universities.
She is a 1984 Assumption High School graduate and the daughter of Richard and Barbara Tork of Wisconsin Rapids. She is married to Bill Roth and has two daughters.
