Scout achieves Eagle rank

Isaac Spencer poses with his scout leader Mike Klement. Isaac received his Eagle Scout award. Isaac is 18 and a senior at Assumption High School. He is the son of Ann Spencer and Jon Spencer. For his Eagle Scout project, he constructed and put out 15 bluebird houses for both Nepco and Wazeecha lake areas.
